Giving Yourself Permission to Heal
You have permission to heal at your own pace, in your own way. Not on anyone else's timeline, not according to anyone else's expectations—just yours. The path isn't linear, and there's no "right way" to process your experiences. Some days will feel like three steps forward, others like two steps back, and that dance is perfectly normal. Your healing belongs to you alone.
Today, I invite you to take a deep breath and repeat: "I give myself full permission to heal however I need to. My journey is valid. My timeline is valid. My process is valid." Write it down, speak it in the mirror, or simply hold the thought gently in your mind. Your soul already knows the way forward—sometimes it just needs to hear that it's allowed to take the journey.
