As the owner of Soul Psychotherapy, I provide personalized therapy services to individuals and couples across Massachusetts and Rhode Island through virtual sessions. As the CEO of OSPVL, I prioritize an inclusive and safe space for anyone who loves to play volleyball. And as a person, I hope to create a sense of comfort with whoever I interact with.

MY STORY
In 2023, I started my practice, Soul Psychotherapy, with a mission to create an authentic approach to therapy.
I truly believe in the impact therapy can have on your life - as both the provider and as a client. I know searching for the right provider can be a big step, but I'm happy you're here! With a focus on building trust and comfort through getting to know you, I walk alongside clients throughout their therapeutic journey. Whether it be through the most painful times, or the celebrations of life, I hope our journey can help provide a sense of safety, connection and growth by being our most authentic selves.
My practice started with a simple goal: I want therapy to feel different than what we’ve seen before. I was desperate to break out of my professional shell, and welcome in the realness of human connection that didn’t feel possible in the constraints of our flawed mental health system. I use my expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help provide foundation in our work together, by connecting your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to understand who you are in your everyday life. I have a long history of working in children and family services, and have a passion for couples therapy (and not just the married, heteronormative type)! However, I work with people of all ages ranging from a plethora of struggles whether it be anxiety, ADD/ADHD, family dynamics, LGBTQIA+ concerns, stress, trauma, and transgender experiences. I hope to help change your therapeutic experience as one you need through authentic connection, support, and transformation.

Our work together will focus on embracing all parts of who you once were, currently are, and are becoming. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship by developing trust and comfort before diving into your concerns. This helps create a safe space filled with curiosity to explore your challenges and goals.
Couples Therapy
I help couples improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationships. Using evidence-based approaches, we work together to identify patterns and develop healthier interactions.
